Gork3's Terms & Conditions — Clear & straightforward

By using gork3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we"), you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to both the gork3.im website and mobile application.

Please read these terms and conditions in full before accessing or registering on gork3. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions are written in Bangla and shall be considered the definitive version. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version will take precedence.

To create an account on gork3, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to register. Account creation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or address. Creating multiple accounts may result in all of them being closed.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, address, and contact details at registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Identity verification: gork3 may request official documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
• Account Security: Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out on your account.

The following rules apply when placing bets on gork3. These terms and conditions cover all bet types — pre-match, live, and virtual.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per bet is ৳20 (twenty taka). This amount may vary for specific markets.
• Maximum Bet: gork3 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market. Additional verification may be required for high-value bets.
• Bet acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cash-out option is available.
• Odds changes: Odds change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may change before confirmation.
• Match cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Technical Issues: If unusual odds appear due to a technical error, gork3 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

During live betting, please be aware that internet latency may cause delays in bet acceptance. This is outside gork3's control.

The following terms and conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on gork3:

• Minimum deposit: A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer are currently supported. You must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Pending identity verification may cause delays.
• Third-party transactions prohibited: Sending funds to another user's account or transacting through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Gork3 reserves the right to hold funds on any suspicious transaction pending the outcome of an investigation.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using gork3's bonus and promotion offers:

• Welcome Bonus: New users can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw, a minimum wagering requirement of 8x the combined deposit and bonus amount must be met.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Validity: Every bonus has a fixed validity period, typically 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Abusing the bonus system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Right to Modify: gork3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gork3. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any deposited funds:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Accessing or using another person's account
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment details
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Placing bets to exploit odds errors (arbitrage)
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a minor

Gork3 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification
• Involvement in illegal activities
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months)

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned, subject to wagering requirements being met.

Gork3 takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how your information is collected, stored, and used.

• Your data is never sold to third parties
• Payment information is secured with SSL encryption
• Information may be shared with authorities when required by law
• You have the right to request correction or deletion of your personal data

Gork3 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet connectivity issues
• Any loss resulting from issues with the user's own device
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical issues
• Financial losses from betting — betting is inherently risky

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
